How quickly do you ship in stock items?
Our team of glorious hardworking women send all in stock orders out the door within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday).
Can I cancel or change my order?
Please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org as as soon as possible if you want to change or cancel an order. We can't guarantee that we'll be able to catch it in time during our order processing, but we will try our best!
An item I like is out of stock. When will it be back?
Each product page features a "back in stock alert" button, where you can sign up to be notified when that item is back on our shelves and ready to ship out. Another way to stay informed is to sign up for our e-mail newsletter, which we send out about once a week, with updates on new products, restocks, and sales.
Do you have a guarantee on your products?
During our standard 30-day return window, you can return your items for any reason. If your item develops a flaw during normal use during the first 6 months after purchase, we offer the opportunity to exchange your item or receive account credit for the amount you paid. Damage that goes beyond normal wear and tear — such as being chewed by pets or slammed in car doors — does not count in this offer, but please do contact us about getting a discount code for a new bag.
I received my item with a defect or an item is missing or broken in my order! What can be done?
Please e-mail us at email@example.com as soon as possible, with a description and photos of the defect, so we can review the issue and determine whether a refund or replacement is the best option.
My tracking number says my package was delivered, but it isn't here!
Sometimes tracking numbers show things as delivered a bit prematurely. Please continue checking for an extra few days. We also recommend asking your neighbors or the front desk of your apartment complex to see if they have received it by mistake. If your package doesn't turn up within a few days, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will help you look into the problem. The good news is 99 percent of lost packages do turn up within a few days, so we have a policy of not replacing missing orders until two weeks has past from the expected date of delivery.
My tracking number says my package has stopped moving in some mystery city for several days! What's up?! Where's my stuff?!
While the postal services are surprisingly accurate, on rare occasions, things unfortunately do go awry. The good news is 99 percent of stalled-out or lost packages do turn up within a few days, so we wait 14 days from the expected delivery date to replace missing orders. Please contact us and let us know you're having an issue, and we'll help get it fixed.
Where are your products made?
We have formed relationships with a few manufacturers in China that we trust to make our fun and fabulous bags and accessories. The women at these manufacturers who help us coordinate our orders are so smart and fantastic, and we just love them and are so thrilled that they let a small business like ours order small batches of items to offer a greater variety of colors and prints. These manufacturers are long-standing professionals in their industries and have good reputations for upholding ethical policies in the workplace. We have not been able to find a manufacturer in the USA willing or able to create our products, but if you are such a manufacturer, we'd love to talk to you!
Where do you get your designs for the fabric?
So far, all the artwork and fabric designs come from designer and business owner Kristin Lambert. She often draws inspiration from vintage fabric prints, vintage clothing, vintage travel posters, vintage wallpaper. Maybe you're sensing a theme here? Kristin loves trolling thrift stores and estate sales for inspiration and has a very overstuffed closet as a result.
