How to Return:

To be eligible for a refund, your return must meet these criteria:

  • Return must be postmarked within 30 days of the day you receive it.
  • Items must be new, complete, and in their original packaging.

 Shipping fees are nonrefundable.

Pack Unwanted Item(s)
Pack up the unwanted item(s), in new condition, with all their packaging. Print out and include the Return Form (at the bottom of this page) or just write your order number, name, and the items you're returning on a slip of paper.

Ship Back to Us
Ship the old item(s) back to us. Your package must be postmarked within 30 days of the day you received your order.

How to Exchange:

Place a new order for the new items you want, then follow the steps under "How to Return" to send back your unwanted items.

Processing Time:

We process returns within 10 days of their arrival at our warehouse, and promptly issue a refund to your original payment method. 

I received my item with a defect or an item is missing or broken in my order! What can be done?

Please e-mail us as at betsylu@betsydare.com ASAP, with a description and photos of the defect, so we can review the issue and determine whether a refund or replacement is the best option.
