Shipping policy

We're a small business with a small crew of dedicated (and delightful) women, and we work Monday through Friday processing and shipping out orders from the warehouse we share with our sister business Sipsey Wilder. Our goal is to ship out every order within 1 business day. Sometimes that stretches a bit during super busy times, but we've estimated our shipping times with that in mind, so you can count on those estimates to be accurate most of the time.

Of course, we can't control what happens after a package leaves our warehouse, and unforeseen circumstances -- like blizzards and pandemics -- can mess with everyone's plans. Fortunately, the hardworking postal workers at USPS, UPS and FedEx have been consistent and speedy despite all the challenges the past few years, so you can rely on your package to arrive when expected the vast majority of the time.

We offer free shipping on orders of $100 or more (contiguous 48 U.S. states only), so fill up your cart with extra goodies!

Shipping Options:

  • Free Economy: Typically 4-14 business days, free for orders of $100 or more within the contiguous 48 U.S. states
  • Standard: Typically 4-14 business days within the contiguous 48 U.S. states, rates vary based on weight and will calculate at checkout
  • Expedited: Typically 2-7 business days within the contiguous 48 U.S. states, rates vary based on weight and will calculate at checkout

Betsy Dare ships to all 50 states, APO/FPO addresses, US territories and possessions, but not all shipping methods are available to every destination. Your available options will be shown at checkout and the rate will calculate once you put in your address.

International shipping typically takes 14 to 25 days, depending on your location, and does not cover the cost of any customs taxes or duties that may be charged in your country.

We do our best to give accurate shipping time estimates, but we can't guarantee a certain date your package will arrive. Unfortunately, we can't predict when a slowdown might happen along the way due to inclement weather or government shutdowns.

Fortunately, the vast majority of packages arrive on time. Postal workers are amazing!

Shipping estimates are counted in business days, Monday through Friday, and do not include postal holidays.
